As you know we love supporting Canadian designers and HOI BO is no exception. These beautiful bags are hand-crafted in Toronto by designer Sarra Tang.

HOI BO is heavily defined by the relationship between shape, structure and process while accounting for the interaction of user and object. The work finds distinction in the marriage of innovation and the love of making things. With a team of three makers, all of our work is hand crafted in-house with deep consideration for both quality and innovation of process. HOI BO satchels are created in micro production runs of 4–6 pieces allowing us to focus intimately on every detail.

Looking at the intricacy and careful detail of Fortnight Lingerie undergarments, you would never guess each piece is handmade by two designers out of their studio in Toronto.

Christina Remenyi and Addie Chown are the inspiration and talent behind Fortnight Lingerie, and represent a small group of brands that are entirely made in Canada – a feat to be very proud of in today’s fashion industry.

Launched in the resort 2012 season, Jeunesse is a truly unique fashion concept conceived by AIKO Creative Director Cynthia Mittweg. Mittweg plans to experiment with collaborations each season, focusing on one specialty item per partnership. The inaugural effort: a wear-forever blouse designed with stylist Cristina Ehrlich. “I feel as though women are enjoying luxury and dressing up on some level again,” says Mittweg. “Cristina has an incredible collection of vintage blouses and wears them often.”

We can’t wait to see the next collaboration but for now we are loving this one!
