Last Wed­nes­day we had the pleas­ure of host­ing a num­ber of Vancouver’s life­style and fash­ion media plus other spe­cial guests to pre­view our fall/winter and hol­i­day collections.

Guests dined on a deli­cious lunch from Culin­ary Capers while sip­ping mimo­sas. Mod­els snaked through the store show­cas­ing looks by Gran­ted Cloth­ing, Corey Lynn Cal­ter, Mcginn and Twinkle by Wen­lan.

Introducing Corey Lynn Calter

New for Fall 2010, LYNNsteven is thrilled to intro­duce Corey Lynn Cal­ter.

Los Angeles-based Corey Lynn Cal­ter launched her name­sake line in 2000, hav­ing developed her aes­thetic while involved in sub­cul­tures as diver­gent as the New York punk scene and the San Fran­sisco opera.

Corey atten­ded New York’s Fash­ion Insti­tute of Tech­no­logy, launch­ing her first line at 19.  That led to stints design­ing for Norma Kamali, the Jof­frey Bal­let, Broad­way shows such as Guys and Dolls, and the San Fran­cisco Opera.

In 1995 Corey moved to L.A. to get ser­i­ous about her own fash­ion label.  After launch­ing her line in 2000, she became known for beau­ti­ful, edgy dresses and col­or­ful separates.
