It may technically be winter, but spring is most definitely in the air. And fresh spring deliveries prove it. LYNNsteven has just received some beautiful new pieces from two exciting designers: Toronto’s Erin Kleinberg and Twinkle, by New York’s Wenlan Chia.

Erin Kleinberg — Kaylee Tee
Drawing from her experience at W Magazine, where she worked under the guidance of stylist Alex White, Erin Kleinberg launched her eponymous line for Summer of 2008. Kleinberg’s goal is to bridge a gap in the marketplace with a collection of semi-couture tanks, tees, cardigans, and novelty pieces, all with an eco-friendly twist and hand-sewn beading and embellishments, and all made in Canada.
Twinkle by Wenlan

Twinkle by Wenlan — Sailing Wind Dress

Twinkle by Wenlan — Enter Wonderland Dress

Twinkle by Wenlan — Sweet Bandage Dress

Twinkle by Wenlan — Time After Time Dress
The Twinkle by Wenlan collection was born from designer Wenlan Chia’s affinity for design, love of art and prolific imagination.
Twinkle by Wenlan made its runway debut at the Gen Art Fresh Faces in Fashion Show in February 2002. The first collection received praise by both the New York Times who gave it “kudos” and Women’s Wear Daily who called it a “bright spot” of fashion week. Twinkle has since shown consistently during New York Fashion Week. Wenlan Chia herself has received well-deserved recognition, winning awards and nominations including the Onward Kashiyama New Design Prize in Tokyo, and the Competition of Young Fashion Designers in Paris. In 2007, she was inducted into the Council of Fashion Designers of America.
