Thoughtfull Yoga: Did you know we have 50,000-70,000 thoughts per day? Find some clarity amidst it all by joining yoga & meditation teacher Anita Cheung for a bi-weekly intentional flow yoga class. Each week is themed and set to a carefully curated playlist. Expect: a good stretch with good people. Class is 60 minutes and is beginner-friendly.
Anita Cheung is a yoga therapist and meditation teacher. She has been teaching since 2012 and in 2016 co-founded MOMENT Meditation- Canada's first modern meditation studio. These days, she spends a lot of her time helping others kickstart their big ideas through branding and creative work while growing her online meditation community- In Bed With Betty.
